1. Water Treatment.
Specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of various water and wastewater treatment equipment. The company's products include dissolved air flotation machines, integrated sewage treatment systems, sludge dewatering equipment like plate and frame filters and screw presses, and various filtering and dosing devices, with a focus on providing solutions for municipal, residential, and hospital wastewater.
- Sewage Treatment:
Integrated sewage treatment equipment for various applications including hospitals, residential communities, and agriculture. - Sludge Dewatering:
Plate and frame filter presses, belt filter presses, and screw stacking machines for sludge treatment. - Disinfection Equipment:
Sodium hypochlorite generators, chlorine dioxide generators, and disinfection dosing devices. - Filtration & Dosing:
Activated carbon filters, iron and manganese removal filters, and PAC (polyaluminum chloride) dosing devices.
2. Absorption Chiller
It's a sustainable choice for cooling buildings or industrial processes, especially where inexpensive or waste heat is readily available.
- Hot Water Absorption Chiller
- Direct Fired Absorption Chiller
- Steam Fired Absorption Chiller
- Waste Heat / Exhaust Fired Absorption Chiller
Key Components and Process
The typical cycle involves four main components:
- Generator: The heat source boils the refrigerant (water) out of the absorbent solution (lithium bromide).
- Condenser: The hot refrigerant vapor cools down and condenses back into a liquid.
- Evaporator: The liquid refrigerant flashes to a vapor under low pressure, absorbing heat from the chilled water system, thus providing cooling.
- Absorber: The absorbent solution re-absorbs the low-pressure refrigerant vapor, completing the cycle and readying the solution to return to the generator.
3. Renewable Energy.
In modern design and architecture, integrating renewables is no longer optional—it's essential for achieving sustainability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Solar (Photovoltaic):Converts sunlight directly into electricity using semiconductor materials.
- Hydropower: Converts the movement of flowing water into electricity.
- Biomass: Organic material (wood, waste) burned to create heat or electricity.
4. Waste Heat Recovery.
Waste Heat Recovery with the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is an energy-efficient technology that captures heat often vented into the atmosphere by industrial processes and converts it into valuable, usable energy, typically electricity.
5. Underfloor Air Conditioning(UFAC).
An advanced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning(HVAC) that uses a raised access floor to create a pressurized plenum for air distribution. Instead of pushing conditioned air down from the ceiling, Underfloor Air Conditioning(UFAC) delivers it quietly from diffusers directly into the occupied zone at floor level.
